I’d be surprised if this was the case. Generally, women lose their upper body fat way faster than their lower body. There’s even evidence to suggest fat stores can mobilise from the upper body and re-esterify in the lower body, so maybe losing fat from your arms’ll make your ass even bigger!

It’s pretty tough to kick ass six days a week. Late to the party and all, but eventually you’ve got to ask whether more is legitimately better. Most of the time it isn’t.
