1 Light and medium bands (use on dynamic day)
2 chalk (the liquid chalk is a joke)
3 ab wheel (prefer double wheel version)
4 Grip4orce Regular flex (the stiff flex are tough)
5 Ipod (so I don't get interrupted by morons wanting to talk about nothing)
