What's Going Wrong With My Chest?

Hello guys, it has been 7 days since I began working out, and on the 6th day, my chest has this thing that is clearly visible (look at my left chest).

What’s going on?

Can you help me?

Is that a muscle in your chest, or are you just happy to see me?

no man i have a hole in my chest it does not hurt when i do push ups or any kind of exercice but im scared.

If there is no pain, then everything is ok. I guess a certain part was inflated as a result of the training, and the other part on which there was no tension remained sunken.

No one has perfect symmetry, even left to right.

Imagine how it’s gonna look after 14 workouts!

I feel like we’ve seen this before, so if it’s the same guy a couple years later, weird, and if it’s a new guy, then all that’s going on here is that one side of your chest is at level 0 and the other side of your chest is at level 0.5. If you get to level 10, then 10.5 isn’t going to look any different.
