We never got an answer to this and now it’s fuckin with my head because everything here could apply to underweight or obese, and I may have just told a 300+ lb man to eat above maintenance and watch the scale go up…

I was considered “normal” at 5’7 125. At 5’8 190, I’m overweight and borderline obese, and I feel like I’m just starting to look like I lift.

If T is low could try changing up macros ie up your good fats significantly and lower carbs/ just have peri workout
