What's Better for Benching?

whats better -265 3 X 6 or 250 5 x 5 -I like to lift as much weight as possible butthe 5 x 5 was a suggestion

I'm partial to CW's 3 x 10 using your 5rm weight.

Honestly? Do both. Use one parameter for acouple weeks then switch to the other. One suggestion though, add one more set to the 3x6. Make it 4x6. Have fun!

"Better" for what goal? You'll likely get more of a hypertrophy response from the 5x5, because the volume is a higher. Maybe consider using 265 for the 5x5.

Then why not something like 285 for 8x2?
