Hi I’ve been trolling T-Nation for a long time and just posted in the Beginner’s Forum my first thread and now want to post my second.
I’m 147lbs at 5’9" and have made a lot of progress. Right now when I go to the gym I do farmer walks holding 60lb dumbbells. What’s a good size tire to try and get my hands on to do some tire flips to build up my strength and endurance?
