I felt a nice "what did you eat yesterday post" would give people some examples on how to form eating plans. here is mine.

MEAL ONE - Breakfast 6:30

MEAL TWO - Snack 9:00

1 Can of Green Vegetable (Spinach, Green Beans, Brussels sprouts, Green Peas)

MEAL THREE - Lunch 12:00

1/2 Bag of Mixed Green Salad w/ Olive Oil and Vineger

Bowl of Ezekiel cereal
Shake with whey and 1/2 cup of oats

Meal 2 - 7am PWO
PWO shake - whey, oats and dex

Meal 3 - 9am
4 whole eggs scrambed
8oz cottage cheese
1 cup oats
2 slices Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread

Meal 4 - Noon
8oz chicken breast
Large salad with tons of extras
2 hard boiled eggs
Large apple

Meal 4 - 3pm
Home made protein bar, whey, oats and peanut butter

Meal 5 - 5pm
12oz Ribeye
Baked brussel sprouts
large salad
Home made low carb\low fat cheesecake

Meal 6 - snack - 7pm
Another home made protein bar

Meal 7 - 9:30pm
Casein shake with peanut butter

Yep, that's about an average day, and I'm STILL having a problem maintaining weight, LOL.

I have found virgins to be tasty but Jehova's witness I just leave where they fall after all Im just a game hunter when it comes to them.

This is an attempt at a clean bulk based on what I feel Berardi has been saying. I only showed my diet on my workout day. to get the ball rolling

Doesn't look like much, half of your food is powder form.

there is on;y 3 sccops of Grow! in 7 meals and each is combined with solids.

Not sure on calories but i should right it up on fitday

1/2 Ground Beef w/ 1 slice american cheese

Meal 3
Big Spinach Chicken Salad w/ olive oil dressing, flax seeds

Meal 4
same as meal 2 plus some almonds

Meal 5
Mediteranean Style Fish, about 1/2 lb
big serving of brocoli (don't ask about the fish, thats just what they called it at my dining hall)

Meal 6 Pre bed Shake
2 scoops vanilla metabolic drive
1-1.5 oz olive oil
1/2 C cottage cheese
One stick of cinnamon

Approximately 4000 calories today working my way up to 5000 eventually.
I am following the Anabolic Diet if you had a heart attack looking at my day for some reason

Yesterday was a NIN concert day. This will be a bit spooky since most of the day was out of town. Lets see what I can remember.

Breakfast - can of tuna shortly after getting to work. Then an omelette (no cheese) and some greapefruit juice maybe an hour later.
Over the next 4 hours had:
Turkey and swiss on wheat
yogurt
energy bar

Lunch was a huge mexican meal at a restaurant.
Chicken enchiladas
Beans
Rice
Tons of chips and a (free) sopapia (sp)

Dinner was at Toby Keith's I Love this Bar and Grill.
8 oz chicken breast with bacon, ham and cheddar
Pintos
Baked potato
Salad
2 Jack and Cokes

After NIN concert drank a powerade on the way home and think I had a sammich when I got home. (about 1 AM)
