Hey guys I was wondering when I should consider using any kinda supplement like Mag-10 or 4-AD. I am now 20 years old and it seems like I am stuck at 200 pounds I am lean and I follow my meal plans but DAMNIT I WANT TO BE A HULKING MONSTER and I just want somebody to tell me the truth when I should begin on those supplements and not suffer that much side effects. TKS guys
20 is fine, just make sure you know how to eat and train or the supplements will "go to waste" so to speak. See the "Bodybuilders Hierarchy of Needs" article at T-mag. A must read article.
