I searched previous posts, but couldn’t find the answer.
Had laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery 11 days ago. I know I need to take some time off and go slow, but wondering what workouts I can start doing and what ones I should stay away from. Healing pretty good and started walking on the treadmill today. I’d really like to get back into the weights as soon as safe and want to start with the right body parts so as not to prolong my healing.
