Okay my goal mostly is from a vanity perspective however I want to get my body in great shape, shape for basketball, improve strength, improve posture. Really just get myself as healthy and in as good of shape as possible. I’m looking to build my body in that of a top male fashion model, such as, Marcus Schenkenberg. I think Schenkenberg (sp?) put out a workout book a few years ago.
Men’s Health put out an issue a few years ago about how their models got and kept their physiques–it was pretty interesting.
You might also try boxing. Look at the picture someone put up in the over 35 section of Bernard Hopkins. He’s six foot or so, fights at 160, and doesn’t get more than 10 pounds over that. So he’s not huge but he’s lean with plenty of muscle.
