I just had a can of tuna on brown rice with soy sauce.

It’s been years since I had the good ol’ plain rice and tuna combo, and now I remember why I don’t eat it anymore. That stuff tastes like crap.

1 cup Low-Fat Granola
1 Nectarine
2 Fish Oil Caps
1 Apple
1 handful Cherries

Half an hour ago:

2.5 cups oatmeal
bunch of blueberries
some Low-Carb Grow!
bunch of whole milk

All blended.

Now I’m going to go grill some chicken.

I take it, nobody else eats?

i had a venison salad.
250-300g cold rare venison
about 100 g mixed kim chi and fermented purple cabbage a tomato and some green onions.

here is my day so far…

First thing AM (1 hour pre workout)- 1 cup oats(uncooked) + 25g eggwhite PP

post workout- 2 scoops Surge

1 hour later- 2 scoops Surge

1 hour later- 1 cup oats(uncooked) + 25g whey PP

rest of the day will be real food…mostly protein + fats

10 mins ago.

3 cans of tuna
3 fish oil capsules

just had 2 scoops of Grow! and 4 fish oil caps.

1 Hamburger
1 cup Cottage Cheese with diced peach
1 Light yogurt
1 Liter of Water

30 min ago:

100g spinach
4 oz bbq chicken breast
2 Hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp liquid fish oil lemon flavor
