Alright, I'm fucking bored at work.....

8 oz. ground turkey breast
1.5 cups of whole wheat pasta
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup pasta sauce
1 tbls. extra virgin oo
4 fish oil caps

30 seconds ago.

12" meatball marinara sandwich on wheat with extra meatballs, extra cheese, and tons of veggies from Subway.

Yum.

1/2 hour ago:

1 medium-sized midget
(salt and pepper to taste)

Couple minutes ago:
2 chicken thighs
4 flax seed oil capsules
24 oz. water

Steak the size of my hand.
Cup of broccoli.
Roughly two cups of cantaloupe and strawberries.
6 fish oil caps.

About to eat my pre-gym meal for the day. A bowl of oatmeal. A nectarine. And 7 ounces of turkey.

I get the impression that prof X walks around with a clipboard around his neck, a dumbell in one hand, and a plate of food in the other. :stuck_out_tongue:

About an hour ago, huge chili meal with rice and tortillas, followed by a piece of chocolate cake. Had a beer too.

Every full moon [dont ask] my parents go to the pub and I join them. If that isnt a genuine excuse to have a cheat meal I dont know what is! :wink:

6 oz chicken breast
2 cups mixed veggies
2 flax capsules

1 grilled chicken breast
.5c steamed brown rice
1 cup steamed mixed veggies
2tbsp curry sauce

Yum!

About 20 min ago, I had a lamb gyro on whole wheat pita, greek salad, barilla plus pasta salad and half a pineapple. Still looking for more to eat...

6 days ago... Steak, steamed veggies, baked potato. Damn V-Diet, you can all burn in hell!

Right now, protein shake with natural peanut butter, a banana, oats, and milk.
