What Type of Program Is Best for Mass?

hi, i’ve read a lot of different things on the internet regarding different programs. right now i’m on a 5 day split but feel like i might be burning too many calories and not gaining mass, as i have a high metabolism. i’m more advanced than the starting strength program, and have decent strength…i’m just looking to gain size by eating a ton and training right. i’ve heard a lot about 5x5. what program would you recommend?

Any decent program will stimulate growth if your diet and recovery and in order. If you’re ‘net’ caloric turnover is indeed in the negative, don’t try to burn less, eat and rest more.
