What Type am I?

Ok as you said yourself correctly, you are not a type 2.

You do strike me more as a Type 3 but with a fairly high acetylcholine level which is why you prefer variety. Most of the character traits fit well with a Type 3, as well as you problem recovery from heavy lifting and intense work. The higher pain perception is also typical of Type 3. The higher acetylcholine would make you want more variety and could also decrease anxiety a bit.

Your answers show signs of being very objective/fact based which is very Type 3.

Even your body type (although the correlation between body type and neurotype is not perfect) is more common among type 3 individuals.

Hi CT
Type 3 is “control”-type . How variety will fit in the workout ?
More volume ,more exercises, more sets or more different methods…? Thank you
