Im currently DC training, but im about to start an 8week run of var @50-60mg ED. I was to cut bodyfat while consecutivley getting denser. Should I ditch the DC training and convert to more of a high repetition lifting method? Im cutting calories considerably and I dont think Ill have enough energy to sucesfully train DC
Yeah, forget trying to cut on DC, that will wipe you out.
What would you guys suggest?
5X5 would be great, all compound lifts… IE: Squats, Deads, Bench, Cleans etc… 5 sets of 5
