I’m 64 years old and in great shape. Yet, after tough workout very stiff and sore the next day.
What can I take to help alleviate that?

CBD with some THC (3:1 ratio) works great, if it’s legal in your state.

I’m 54, and what’s been working for me is good quality fish oil, and Curcumin. I’m also taking ZMA and Rez-V, but switching to Flameout fish oil and adding Curcumin at the beginning of the year have really made a difference in my level of soreness.

I was gonna say, Arnold was a huge fan of a doobie after workouts, and now we have vape pens that can give you the anti inflammatory effects without being damaging to the lungs.
