I dont think my gym has medicine balls. What is a good substitute for it in the I,BODYBUILDER program?

here’s the suggestions from CT:
“If you can find relatively resistance elastic bands or tubings you can do explosive elastic bands straight-arms pulldowns.”
Cool idea on the bands. I’ll have to steal them from the women’s only room. I think that’s where they keep them. Liking the IBB program so far. Week 2 coming up.
