My favorite homebrew gainer shake goes something like this:
3 cups organic whole milk
150g organic smooth peanutbutter
5-10 Ice cubes
Heavy cream to taste
50g vanilla whey blend
Before the 33% whipped cream(or after, can’t remember), I think it was around 1600kCals, and 90g fat. Albeit I do a cyclic ketogenic diet, and don’t consume carbs 5 days of the week, I add in some fruit or whatnot on my 2 days.
You can also add in milled flaxseed if you’re looking for more Omega-3’s, but I’ve got Flameout for that
And yes, it tastes like drinking peanutbutter, and I love it.
