I just got my blood work back and my Test is low enough that my MD wants to sumplement. What should I expect and what should I do to max my results?

Best to read things that have been posted here before and then ask some less wide open questions.
You cannot supplement T, as you add T, your body will stop making what it does now. You need to replace what you make now then more again to get increased serum levels.
You need to read about T, injections or transdermal, problems with estrogen, how to control and optimal levels, HPTA shutdown and hCG injections. You need to understand these things because, chances are, ones doctor does not. The biggest problem for guys is doctors.

An andrologist, a urologist with a fellowship in andrology, does. That’s why I advise all guys with hypogonadism to see an andrologist.
