For those that have competed what works for you in terms of what to eat between pre-judging and the night show?
I've heard stuff like chocolate, PB, and cheesecake. Oh and wine!
So what do you guys do or have you done?
One thing I have noticed, for me at least, is that whenever i drink wine or even hard liquor my vascularity is insane.
Which show are you competing in? I assume you're competing in figure? But I could be wrong.
