i just finished 2 months of mag 10 and had great results, both fat loss and strength and muscle gains. what should i do now to keep these gains as i cannot afford anymore mag 10 or many other supplements for a few months.
Train heavy (>85% of your 1RM). A 5x5 or 6x4 program would work well. Just be sure to decrease your training frequency and volume.
Also, eat a lot and be sure to bump up your fat intake to support endogenous T levels.

Just eat heaps and eat clean (massive eating is pretty sweet) go heavy in the gym with the big movements. Could go on plain old creatine as well.
