After hearing the opinions of others and realizing everything myself, I have decided that I am going to start Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 Program. As seen in my last thread I posted some of my maxes so this will be a good way to test strength, knowing my starting point. I am aiming to steadily gain 4-6 pounds a month- hoping that this slower pace will translate to a lot of the weight coming from muscle if I follow my plan nutritionally
