What to Do and When?

29/M just starting back in the gym after not being very active the past 10 years. I’m 6’2 205 and looking to lose some belly and put on some muscle. My diet isn’t terrible to begin with but I’m in the process on becoming much stricter.

My main question is in regards to a gym routine and what I should be doing and when. I’ll be going to the gym monday-friday and resting over the weekends. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

What kind of training do you enjoy?
Whatever you decide to do, staying consist will be important.
You’re better off picking something you enjoy doing, you’ll be less likely to give up on it.

That said I’d recommend taking a look at 531 or something by Dan John.
