So my doubt is, what do I do after the workout Built for Bad: Strength Circuits? I have done 6 weeks and I can not climb more weight I think it’s time to change the workout that you advise me? Indigo Project Training Programs Fat-Loss Hypertrophy? my goal is to grow with quality athletic body any more.
