What to Do After Athlete Lean Program?

Hey ct. IM on my last week of aLas program and having awesome results in fast fat loss while maintaining strength. But after the program I want to keep cutting fat for 4-6 weeks. I was going to take a Deload week after the program finishes because it’s wearing me out and I want to continue the great results I have been getting.

I like the heavy lifting and explosive work of this program but not sure if I should do some opposite training (John meadows bodybuilder style) or if you have something else in mind for the next 4-6 weeks, Any help would be great. Thanks ct.
