Hey ct. IM on my last week of aLas program and having awesome results in fast fat loss while maintaining strength. But after the program I want to keep cutting fat for 4-6 weeks. I was going to take a Deload week after the program finishes because it's wearing me out and I want to continue the great results I have been getting.
I like the heavy lifting and explosive work of this program but not sure if I should do some opposite training (John meadows bodybuilder style) or if you have something else in mind for the next 4-6 weeks, Any help would be great. Thanks ct.
