What Supps Have Been Successful?

Spike tablets have a definite, noticeable effect pre-workout.
Leucine - helps with DOMS (IMO)… I’m not as sore, faster recovery
Fish Oil - high dosages helps alleviate stress for me (IMO)
Protein powder - qualifies as food IMO. Indispensible for convenience and easy digestion.
Creatine - proven to work for many people.

-beta-alanine
-protein
-SWF
-Alpha Male or TRIBEX
-bcaa
-anabolic-pump
-creatine monohydrate

which protein powders do you guys prefer? I am looking for something that doesn’t have aspertane.

Crack and Peaz! And a Pepsi Max IV.

LR

Edit:

Protein,
Creatine,
Beta Alanine,
Fish Oil,
Spike,
HRX

For me it’s been:

Creatine
Protein
Fish Oil

Dissappointing so far isn’t it

Lets see:

Creatine, for obvious reasons.

Fishoil, way too many studied to ignore

Resveratrol, too many studies to ignore

ZMA, I get cramps when I do not take it, especially in the summer months

Soon Curcumin, cant hurt at that price.

Has anyone used this Alpha-GPC stuff that’s for sale here? I bought a can of it to test it out and I’m wondering if it’s gonna be as good as this site says it is. If no one’s tried it, it’ll be at my house in a few days so I’ll let you all know how it works for me after a couple of weeks.

You might want to take some electrolytes.

Protein (Biotest’s tastes great and isn’t terribly expensive)
Micronized Creatine Monohydrate or Creatine Malate
Glutamine
Fish/Flax Oil
Alpha Male has been good to me.
A solid multivitamin, I take Centrum Cardio, lots of heart problems in my family, better safe than sorry.

When I’m eating low carb I toss in:
Vanadyl Sulfate
Chromium Picolinate
Cinnamon

Most supplements are bullshit, I have yet to try a Biotest product that hasn’t lived up to the hype though.

I didn’t say they are all BS, I am curious what supplements people have been successful with.

I’ve had good results with any or all of these-

Ginseng and ginkgo biloba
Ginseng and royal jelly
BCAA’s
5-HTP
Wellman or Solgar multivitamin/mineral
Creatine (Monohydrate or Ethyl Ester)
Taurine
Beta-Alanine
Probiotic
Omega-3 fish oils
Any protein powder
fibresure or similiar
Apple Cider Vinegar
Glycerine[/quote]

What brand of probiotic do you find works well?

Hey guys, 1st post!

In my experience: Creatine, Fish Oil, CLA, maybe ZMA

Other stuff was a waste of my money, I only use protein when I’m on the go otherwise a smart meal is fine.

Just started with resveritrol

I’m looking into some of the products here… I’m glad there’s a place that finally “gets it” as far as supplements go.

Anyone want to share experiences with Receptormax, Rhodiola Rosea, Alpha-GPC, or Curcumin 500? I’m researching those and interested in it.
