He did give you advice, and it’s spot on. At your height and weight, eating massively is going to do a lot more for packing on muscle than the steroids that you’re wasting your time and money on.

He’s better off sticking with real food and adding to quality MRP if he needs supplemental protein and calories.
High-calorie weight gainers are notorious for containing low-quality ingredients.
