Right Metabolic Drive powder and bars…makes it way easier to get that eating every 3 hours in while at work if you have something convenient like that I find

I do make my own bastardized version of Surge (I didn’t mention that i guess).
I try to make it as close to Surge as possible too, off the top of my head 54 grams carbs (malto), 25g protein (whey hydro/iso), and a good dose of BCAA’s (which I take peri workout anyways). I know it’s not exact, but gotta work with what I got first.

Vitamin C 500mg
Vitamin D 3000IU if its a cloudy day.

Before my injury I was also using HOT-ROX (which not only give me an amazing kick in the ass, but I think I actually gained muscle in 'em) and TRIBEX to aid recovery a bit.
