What Supplements Are You Taking?

I’m curious to know what T-Nation members are taking as their supplements. This may stop threads like what supplements should I take ext. If you want you can give some background on what you’re training for ext.

So to start it off I’ll go first

I’m surprised at how many of you guys aren’t taking Surge, for me its the most essential supplement recovery is unreal…

I do make my own bastardized version of Surge (I didn’t mention that i guess).

I try to make it as close to Surge as possible too, off the top of my head 54 grams carbs (malto), 25g protein (whey hydro/iso), and a good dose of BCAA’s (which I take peri workout anyways). I know it’s not exact, but gotta work with what I got first.

I drink a litre of green tea everyday, but I could hardly call that a supplement.
