Can any one help me out with my diet yea i know their is the diet programs on here but i want something to exactly tell me what to eat. Yea i know eat vegis and meat n all that other stuff. But i just cant figure it out exactly? ?
I make pretty good improvments with out a diet but what about with a diet my Max will increase faster than they are. Could any one please help me out? If you wanna know age and my MAX for lifts ill post them up if needed.
