What Should I Do, Please ?

Hello everybody.
I am sorry for my english, I can’t speak very well but I will try to do my best.
I am 16 years old, I measure 172 centimeters and I weight 72 kilograms.
I have 25% bodyfat and I only do push-ups and abs at home.

What should I do, please ??


Read, read, read. Every article on this site where diet is concerned.

Then head over to crossfit.com to get some more training ideas. Then join a sport that you really like (soccer, squash, raquetball, basketball, etc.) and learn how to use your body in a fun way. If you play, then it becomes less like work and more like fun.


Educate yourself while finding a gym.

Go to the Beginner forum and read the articles linked in the sticky posts at the top. They are great.
