What Routine Should I Try Next?


ive done alot of Thibs stuff, Waterbury's stuff, EDT, max ot, and 5x5.

I like trying out different training philosphies to see what works best for me. Any other routines i should look into?

for strength probably the texas method. I have never done a program that has given me exceedingly great mass gains except Max-OT and it only made my arms grow fast.
