mertdawg, thanks for the feedback. I didn’t start consistently lifting until a year ago. Before that I lifted, over a 20 year span, off and on a few months here and there, nothing ever more than 5 months.
I was also a typical novice lifter where I only did arms and chest when I did work out; hence the current lop-sided bench versus squat and deadlift ratio. I only started squats last February and Deadlifts last April for the first time.

A guy posted a question five years ago, got responses from advanced members, and you felt it was a good decision to copy and paste something Thibs wrote seven years ago and in certain aspects no longer agrees with.
Helping others is great, but this guy got help five years ago. From Professor X, among others. I doubt your contribution will change his mind.
