What Program Next?

I’m very undecided in my next program I should do. I like doing full body workouts or upper/lower body splits.

I’ve finished Chad’s ABBH 1 and 2 and TBT and Waterbury Method. The Waterbury method was my most favorite, but I dont know which program i should continue on.

What program would you recommend from Chad Waterbury or another author for strength and size increase.

Westside for skinny bastards. Then learn to use that template and keep adjusting it so you continue to make progress.
