my goal is to look good and be strong aswell what program can you suggest? im off to the gym for about 7-9 months so pretty much im a beginner now.
5/3/1, Cube, WS4SB, Juggernaut, most of the stuff on Tnation by CT, Waterbury, Carter. Take a look at those and see what piques your interest.
Program doesn’t matter.
Pick one that interests you and give it your all.
If you give it your all and after 8-12 weeks you are not enjoying it, then switch to something else.
But no matter what give it 150% effort.
