What Portion of Calories From Supps?

I’m a 5’11" male weighing about 85kg (187lbs) and working out hard 4 times a week to try and add muscle mass. I’m currently aiming for at least 3000 calories a day (peanut butter is my friend!) but want to know if there’s any ‘rule of thumb’ for the proportion of your daily calorie intake that should come from supplements?

Basically of my 3000 daily target about 500 are coming from supplements and I’m wondering if this is too high (ie should I be eating more ‘real food’…)?

Thanks

Just eat as much real food as you can and use supplements to fill in the gaps.

Your numbers look fine, however. I often use supps for an even higher percentage of my caloric intake.
