What Number To Pick During 7th Week Protocol?

What would be the percentage you’d pick when doing a RM during the 7th week. I know that TESTING the TM involves 100% of the TM, and hitting it 5 solid reps means you’re good to go, but what about doing a RM? Do you pick 95% of the TM and do an AMRAP?

You would use your training max and do a PR set.
Don’t just do it because you have the option to though. Use it if you have been working up to a very specific number or if you haven’t really done any PR sets in your leader and anchor cycles. Remember not to kill yourself the week before you start a new program.
