Well I just got done with the following routine:
- Squats 5x5
- Bench Press 5x5
- Bent Over Rows 5x5
- Military Press 5x5
- Barbell Curls 3x8 or 3x5
- Skull Crushers 3x8 or 3x5
What should I do next? My goals are size and strength. Thanks for any help.
