What Next for Dieting?

I have finished the main 4 weeks of the Velocity diet and have just completed the first week of transition. I have had some great results and have lost 20lbs. I can now see my abs and am pretty happy with my new physique.

However, I still have a small amount of stubborn fat around my nipple and side of chest. When wearing a light T-shirt it still looks like I have moobs.

I was thinking about continuing the 1 meal a day and another month of HOT-ROX until I burn this fat off. Any advice/suggestions on what I could do to just get rid of the last bit of stubborn fat?

I have always wanted a nice shaped chest and was hoping this diet would create it.
