What Leg Routine?


My main goal is big legs and a 400lb squat, currently 300lb now. I have been searching the site and wonder what routine would be best: Pillars of Strength, Perfect 10, or Soviet Peaking Cycle? I will have about 6 weeks open of off season and I know a 100lb gain is unlikely but I want to take the biggest step possible in the right direction.
