What kind of tests should be taken when wanting to compare the effects of different diets in 2-3 months? Vegan, keto, raw, paleo.
Would it only be blood? If so which ones would be best?
Are there other things that can be tested?
Generally you test for what you are intending to achieve. What are you trying to achieve by following those diets? Test for that.
fasting blood glucose AND insulin levels.
Maybe calcium score.
If there is some kind of test for inflammatory markers or cortisol levels
