I was watching a vid on youtube where arnold started off in the 90 degree position then when hes doing the lift he raises his back into a hunched over 45 degree position, are these technically 45 degree rows?? I thought 45 degree bb rows started off with the bar in your hands rather then on the floor and your body 45 degree position. Also, Is this the optimal way to do them for all weight lifters or is this just good for arnold??
Nothing is optimal for ALL weightlifters. Learn that.
Figure out what works for YOU. You aren’t arnold.
