Hi guys,
I’m a lifter in the IPF, and I want extra motivation to increase my lifts. Although I’ve won many IPF sanctioned competitions in my country, I want to compare many with many others.
I did 410 in my latest competition 2 weeks ago (200, 120, 200 at 65.6kg). How about you?
397.296 (240, 150, 237.5 @ 91.5)
468.2 was my best in old single ply gear

Haven’t competed in a while but last equipped meet I got 432… Today I did 407 wilks unequipped. Equipped is probably around 450-480 now by IPF rules.

That’s a better judge of your strength than your wilks

From the old days we used the Schwartz formula. We didn’t have metal plates , we just used random rocks that we had to carry uphill both ways.
