Just curious what other people use to increase their bench besides just benching more. If I had to choose 2 things it would be weighted dips and pin presses.

So size gets you strength? Or strength gets size
Gaining weight reduces ROM and improves leverages.

Have a 40" chest and 26" long arms. See how far you need to bring the bar down to bench. Now, have a 50" chest and 26" long arms. Note the difference in ROM.
