What is YOUR favorite post workout whole food meal?

I know most probably drink a formula , but if you have a meal instead what would it be?
(bulking and/or dieting)

Surge without water! Kidding. Maybe egg whites with toast/bread or some type of high GI carb. Just keep the fat very low in that meal.

A can of tuna-fish, 2 bananas, 6 calcium-tablets… …and 1½ liters of water. :slight_smile:

when i ran out of protein i went 1 egg and like 7 whites, and 2 big bowls of cornflakes.
