Seems every Men’s magazine has diet plans to help lose fat, but diet plans that help add muscle are often neglected. I have some more work to go in losing fat, but in another couple of months I need to start focusing on adding muscle. I wondered how the rest of you have approached this: building attractive muscle without getting fat doing it. Since I can’t go to a stove every two hours (I work in an office), what plans have others here developed to provide quality calories? (Addendum: I am 230 fairly-trim pounds, lifting 4-5 times a week, with a typical office activity level otherwise. Since I need about 3500 calories, this is a challenge! I want handsome muscle, not bubba-redneck rasslin’ mass).
