That’s Art Atwood. He’s obviously monstrous, but his waist is genetically huge, and his proportion is nothing to write home about.

It also isn’t photoshopped. He looks like that all of the time. What is the deal with guys calling out “photoshop” or “gyno” at every given opportunity? It would help if you all knew more of what you are typing about.
Art Atwood isn’t very esthetic. How is this “news”?
He has a very impressive Sartorii (Is that the correct plural for Sartorius?) IMO.
