What Is The Best Leg Workout?

Can anyone advice for best leg workout?
Basically my leg looks smaller then my upper body.

I will be glad to receive your messages and advice’s

Something like ‘texas method’ that has you doing squats/some kind of leg work every session, or this below…

Hill sprints for cardio can work wonders also

hey @kindaichishota, there are many different workouts and exercises you can do to increase the size of your legs. The lifts I would focus on are back squats, front squats, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, lunges, & Bulgarian split squats. There are other exercises but these are a good starting point.
As far as sets/reps, I would stick to sets of sets of 3-5 sets with 1-5 reps on the back squats, front squats, and deadlifts. The other lifts, I would stick to 3-4 sets with 5-8 reps. Again, these are just my thoughts. There is no real right or wrong but I guarantee you will gain size in your legs by following the above guidelines. I hope this helps. Good luck!
