What is GPP?

What is GPP training? And what would be a GPP program to follow while doing Chad Waterbury’s Hybrid Hypertrophy program?

Hi Newbie,

GPP is General Physical Preparedness. Overall conditioning. It’s important to have because the greater your GPP, the higher your potential workload and the quicker your recovery.

Chad did an article on GPP, and gives you 3 options in it. Its called GPP ASAP. Check it out.

Thanks…great article!!!

If anyone has read this or done it, on the front and rear raises, do you actually perform the raise while you are walking or do you just hold them up high in a static position while you walk (like it shows in the photos).

I am hoping to try some sled dragging.
