What Increases Test?

I’ve heard some foods like brocoli,cauliflower,saturated fats,eggs,and red meat increase test and exercises like bench,squat,dead lift, and power clean do the same.

Is this true? And is there any other ways to increase it?

By quite small amounts. The idea with the veges is a small decrease in E2 which will allow T to rise IF one has a normal hormone system. If one has primary or secondary TRT, the result cannot be very good. Read the stickies, there is a lot of good info there. And read the stickies of other guys and see what is going on here.

What one can do for young normal virile men is quite different from guys who have things wrong or age related decline.
