What If You're Already Doing Another Program?


Hi, i'm already beginning the 4th week of classical p-90x training. I understand that this program has it's own workout and weights training schedule.

I don't want to give up my p-90x training. I mean it was not stated in the intro to stop your present physical activities right?

You can still run, jump, play ball and what else even on the v-diet correct?

Pls advise.


You should post on the V-Diet forums or address your question to Chris Shugart directly. Many would tell you that you should do the diet as written and the training for V-Diet as written. Simple as that.
